Hi, I'm Sam!

I have been in the real estate industry since 2012 where I began as the office manager & administrator for Keller Williams High Country in Boone, NC. In 2015 I got licensed & started selling full time. I had a "team" for about 3 years before I went back out on my own. In 2022 I became the Broker-in-Charge of KWHC & I still maintain that position where I manage & supervise almost 100 brokers. I have been in the top 1% of selling agents & have made huge sacrifices to build a successful real estate career. I know that it can be brutal to keep up with everything & wanted to provide a service for agent support. I truly excel in contracts, transaction management & client expectations.
In 2023 my husband & I purchased a sailing catamaran & we plan to take our family on many adventures. It's a huge sacrifice to give up the commission of real estate sales and while I won't be fully backing away from the sales end, I really hope to focus on this new company & grow it by adding staff support in the near future. Because of my love for travel I believe this is a great opportunity to help others grow in their real estate business & keeping myself intertwined in the industry I've grown to become an expert in. With that said, please rest assured that all transactions will remain confidential. This is a separate business from my personal real estate business & my firm.
Don't worry I will have WiFi and will be available 9 to 5, 7 days a week. However my preferred method of communication will be email so I can keep written records of everything. Should you need more 1 on 1 assistance we can discuss. I am even happy to help with buyer/seller consultations for a flat fee should you need some extra support to win a client.
